Regulation 36 Publication of register

The FCA must publish the information contained in the register on its website, with the exception of the information referred to in sub-paragraphs (m), (s), (u), (w), (x), (y), (z) and (ee) of regulation 32(1).

Where information published in accordance with paragraph (1) has a chronological order, the FCA must ensure that it can be accessed in chronological order.
