Paragraph 12 The Motor Cars (Driving Instruction) Regulations 2005
Regulation 4 (candidate to produce particulars) of the Motor Cars (Driving Instruction) Regulations 2005f1 is amended as follows—
(a)
in paragraph (2)(a) omit the words “together with any relevant counterpart of that licence”;
(b)
in paragraph (4)(a) omit the words “together with any relevant counterpart of that licence”.
