Paragraph 5 The Crime (Sentences) Act 1997

Section 40 (fine defaulters) of the Crime (Sentences) Act 1997f1 is amended as follows—

(a)

in subsection (6) omit the words “together with its counterpart”;

(b)

in subsection (7) omit the definition of “counterpart”.
