Paragraph 7 The Welfare Reform Act 2009

In the section 39CA of the Child Support Act 1991^f1, to be inserted by section 51(4) (Disqualification for holding etc. driving licence or travel authorisation) of the Welfare Reform Act 2009^f2, omit subsection (11).
