The Road Safety (Financial Penalty Deposit) (Appropriate Amount) Order 2009f1 is amended as follows.

In Part 1 of Schedule 1, after Table 8 (Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995), add—

Section 11(1) Using or keeping a heavy goods vehicle on a road in the UK without paying the HGV road user levy £300. ”
