Regulation 2 Modification of Regulation (EU) 1306/2013

Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on the financing, management and monitoring of the common agricultural policy ^f1 is amended as follows.

In Article 77 (application of administrative penalties), in paragraph (2) after point (e) insert—

“(ea)

where the non-compliance relates to a failure to comply with Article 43a of Regulation (EU) 1307/2013;”.
