Regulation 6 Publishing copies of instruments on a website

As soon as practicable after receiving a certified copy of an instrument in accordance with section 41(1) of the Act, the Queen’s Printer must publish on the Queen’s Printer’s website—

(a)

a copy of the instrument; and

(b)

any document related to the instrument that the responsible authority requests the Queen’s Printer to publish.
