Regulation 5 Article 3 (selling of securitisations to retail clients)

In Article 3, in paragraph (1)—

(a)

in the opening words for “point 11 of Article 4(1) of Directive 2014/65/EU” substitute “rule 3.4.1 of the Conduct of Business sourcebook of the FCA Handbook (retail clients)”; and

(b)

in point (a) for “Article 25(2) of Directive 2014/65/EU” substitute “rules 9A.2.1 and 9A.2.16 of the Conduct of Business sourcebook of the FCA Handbook (assessing suitability to buy and hold an investment)”.
