Paragraph 1 Financial Services and Markets Act 2000

In the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000^f1, in section 204A (meaning of “relevant requirement” and “appropriate regulator” for purposes of Part 14)^f2, in subsection (3), after paragraph (f), insert—

“(fa)

a requirement imposed by regulation 8A(2) of the Securitisation Regulations 2024 where the institutional investor concerned is a PRA-authorised person;”.
