Regulation 35 Amendment of regulation 30 (on-demand contract report)

for paragraph (1) substitute—

“(1)

Within one month of the initial reporting date of the qualifying defence contract, the Secretary of State may by written direction require the primary contractor to provide the information described in regulation 29(2) (contract costs statement) for one or more specified periods, each such period ending on a date before—

(a)

where the information is required in relation to the contract, the contract completion date;

(b)

where the information is required in relation to a component of the contract, the component completion date for that component.”;

in the opening words of paragraph (3), after “date” insert “or the component completion date of a component of the contract”;

in paragraph (4), at the end insert “or component”.
