Article 10 Amendment of the Social Security (Payments on account, Overpayments and Recovery) Regulations 1988

In the Social Security (Payments on account, Overpayments and Recovery) Regulations 1988^f1, in regulation 5(2B) (offsetting prior payment against subsequent award), in the definition of “carer support payment”, for “carer’s assistance” substitute “the carer support payment component of carer support”.
