Article 11 Amendment of the Income Support (Liable Relatives) Regulations 1990

In the Income Support (Liable Relatives) Regulations 1990f1, in regulation 2(1)(e) (prescribed amounts for the purposes of section 24A of the Act), for “carer support payment under” substitute “the carer support payment component of carer support given in accordance with”.
