Rule 26 is amended as follows.

In paragraph (a)—

(a)

after sub-paragraph (i) omit “or”;

(b)

at the end omit “and” and insert—

“, or

(iii)

of an application by the Secretary of State under Schedule 4A to the 1981 Act, and”.
