Article 3 Note on Proscribed Organisation

In Schedule 2 to the Terrorism Act 2000 (proscribed organisations), at the end of the note to the Schedule, insert—

  • “The entry for Palestine Action refers to the organisation using that name that is based in the United Kingdom.”.
