Paragraph 2 Consequential amendments

In sections 114(6)(c), 204(6)(c) and 231(6)(c) of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988^f1 omit “(including that section as applied by regulation 4 of the Community Trade Mark Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/1027))”.
