Regulation 16 Conditions to be satisfied for regulation 14 to apply

The conditions are that the person is a body corporate which, immediately before exit day, is—

(a)

incorporated under the law of any part of the United Kingdom, and

(b)

registered as a trade repository under the European Markets Infrastructure Regulation.
