In section 75 (applications and references concerning conditionally discharged restricted patients)—

(a)

in subsections (1)(a) and (2) for “a Mental Health Review Tribunal” substitute “the appropriate tribunal”; and

(b)

in subsection (3) for “give” substitute “gives”.
