Paragraph 90 Child Support Act 1991

In section 28ZD(1) (correction of errors and setting aside of decisions)^f1—

(a)

in subsection (1)

(i)

in paragraph (a) after “decision”, in both places, insert “of the Secretary of State”; and

(ii)

omit paragraph (b) (together with the “and” immediately before it); and

(b)

in subsection (2) omit “or set aside decisions”.
