Paragraph 20 Pension Schemes Act 1993
In section 175(1)(d) of the Pension Schemes Act 1993f1 (levies towards certain expenditure) for “the Pensions Regulator Tribunal” substitute “a tribunal in relation to a decision of the Pensions Regulator”.
