Paragraph 17

In section 101 of the Telecommunications Act 1984 (general restrictions on disclosure of information)^f1—

(a)

in subsection (2)(b) after “the Rail Regulator” there shall be inserted “, the Civil Aviation Authority”; and

(b)

in subsection (3) after paragraph (n) there shall be inserted—

“(o) Part I of the Transport Act 2000.”.
