Paragraph 2 British Shipbuilders Regulations 1977

In regulation 4(1)(b) of the British Shipbuilders Regulations 1977^f1 (vacation of office as a member), after “bankrupt” insert “, or had a debt relief order made in respect of him (under Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986)”.
