Paragraph 3 Motor Vehicles (Tests) Regulations 1981
In regulation 9(1)(b) of the Motor Vehicles (Tests) Regulations 1981f1 (cessations: general), after “bankrupt” insert “, or has a debt relief order made in respect of him (under Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986)”.
