Paragraph 22

In the Financial Services Act 1986 (Exemption) Order 1996^f1, in paragraph (3) of article 1, for “Uncertificated Securities Regulations 1995” in both places where it occurs there shall be substituted “Uncertificated Securities Regulations 2001”.
