Paragraph 20 Application of Part 4

(1)

This Part applies to—

(a)

renters who are liable to make rent payments to a person other than a provider of social housing; and

(b)

renters who meet the occupation condition in respect of temporary accommodation (see paragraph 21).

(2)

Sub-paragraph (1) applies irrespective of whether renters are also liable to make service charge payments.
