Regulation 4 Amendment of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/945 of 12 March 2019 on unmanned aircraft systems and on third-country operators of unmanned aircraft systems

Article 2 is amended as follows.

In paragraph 1, in point (a), omit “or to operational declarations under the ‘specific’ category of UAS operations”.

In paragraph 2, omit “except when conducted under a declaration”.

In paragraph 3, for “Union” substitute “United Kingdom”.
