Regulation 60 Amendment of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/947 of 24 May 2019 on the rules and procedures for the operation of unmanned aircraft

In paragraph (a), omit “, nor to an operational declaration by the UAS operator”.

In paragraph (b)—

(a)

for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(b)

omit “, or, under circumstances defined in Article 5(5), a declaration to be made by a UAS operator”.
