Regulation 66 Amendment of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/947 of 24 May 2019 on the rules and procedures for the operation of unmanned aircraft

After Article 9 insert—

“Article 9A

Regulations

1.

Regulations made under Article 9 are to be made by statutory instrument.

2.

A statutory instrument made by the Secretary of State under Article 9 is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.

3.

Regulations made under Article 9 may—

(a)

make different provision for different purposes or areas;

(b)

include supplementary, incidental or consequential provision;

(c)

make transitional, transitory or saving provision.”.
