Regulation 85 Amendment of the Air Navigation Order 2016

The Air Navigation Order 2016f1 is amended as follows.

In Article 94A (small unmanned aircraft: permission for certain flights), in paragraph (6) and in the table in paragraph (7), omit “EASA” in each place it occurs.
(3)
In Article 94B (interpretation of expressions used in the definition of “flight restriction zone”), in paragraph (1)(a), omit “EASA”.
