Regulation 30 WEEE amounts for approved authorised treatment facilities and approved exporters

(1)

This regulation applies where, under regulation 66(8A)(i) of the principal Regulations, an operator of an AATF or an approved exporter is required to provide details of the amounts in tonnes of WEEE falling within a category of Schedule 3 to the principal Regulations.

(2)

As regards any duty to provide such information in respect of a period which ends before the date which is twelve months from the date on which these Regulations come into force—

(a)

those details must, as regards category 7, be determined by reference to that category as it had effect before the coming into force of these Regulations; and

(b)

the requirement to provide details as regards WEEE falling within category 7.1 does not apply.
