Paragraph 2 The Controlled Waste (Registration of Carriers and Seizure of Vehicles) Regulations 1991

In regulation 2(2) of the Controlled Waste (Registration of Carriers and Seizure of Vehicles) Regulations 1991^f1, omit the definition of “registered broker of controlled waste”.

In regulation 4(8) of those Regulations, for “paragraph 3(11)(a) and (b) of Schedule 5 to the Waste Management Licensing Regulations 1994” substitute “paragraph 3(9) of Schedule 5 to the Waste Management Licensing (Scotland) Regulations 2011”.
