Regulation 4 Amendment of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997

In The Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997^f1 section 277(1) (interpretation), after the definition of “Valuation Office” omit “and” and insert—

• ““waste” includes anything which is waste for the purposes of section 75(2) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (c. 43); and”.
