Regulation 27 Moving from special administration to creditors’ voluntary liquidation

Paragraph 83 has effect as if—

(a)

sub-paragraph (2)f1 were omitted; and

(b)

in sub-paragraph (3), for “The administrator” there were substituted “The special administrator, with the consent of the relevant authority or the Water Services Regulation Authority,”.
