Regulation 28 Moving from special administration to dissolution

Paragraph 84^f1 has effect as if—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (1), for “If” there were substituted “Subject to sub-paragraph (1ZA), if”; and

(b)

after sub-paragraph (1), there were inserted—

“(1ZA)

Before sending a notice under sub-paragraph (1), the special administrator must obtain the consent of the relevant authority or the Water Services Regulation Authority.”.
