Regulation 8 Special administrator

for sub-paragraph (1) there were substituted—

“(1)

For the purposes of this Act, a “special administrator” means a person appointed by the court to manage the affairs, business and property of a water industry company under—

(a)

section 23(1) of the 1991 Act, or

(b)

paragraph 91 or 103 of this Schedule.”; and

after sub-paragraph (1) there were inserted—

“(1A)

Where the context requires, the definition of “special administrator” in sub-paragraph (1) includes a former special administrator.”.
