Article 31 Local Government Finance Act 1992

The functions of the Treasury under paragraph 5(1) (penalties) of Schedule 3 to the Local Government Finance Act 1992^f1, so far as they are exercisable in relation to Wales, are transferred to the Welsh Ministers.
