Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and extent

These Regulations may be cited as the Windsor Framework (Enforcement etc.) Regulations 2023.

These Regulations come into force on 1st October 2023.

Part 1 extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

An amendment made by Part 2 has the same extent as the provision amended.

Part 3 and the Schedule extend to Northern Ireland.
