TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Work and Families Act 2006f1.
In accordance with section 13(7) of that Act, a draft of these Regulations has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
