Regulation 2 Amendments to the Working Time Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016

The Working Time Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016^f1 are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

In regulation 2(2) (interpretation)^f2, for the definition of “statutory leave” substitute—

““statutory leave” means leave provided for in Part IX of the 1996 Order;”.

In regulation 17(5) (compensation related to entitlement to leave)^f3, for “regulation 16(7)” substitute “regulation 16(6) or (7)”.
