The Department for Employment and Learning, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972f1 (being a Department designated for the purposes of that section in relation to measures relating to the organisation of working timef2, measures relating to the employment of children and young personsf3 and measures relating to mediationf4) and Article 15 of the Work and Families (Northern Ireland) Order 2006f5, makes the following Regulations:
