(a)
Work No. 12A (in connection with Unit X)—
(i)
decommissioning and demolition of one existing sludge lagoon; and
(ii)
reinstatement of one existing out of service sludge lagoon comprising—
(aa)
bund walls;
(bb)
underground pipework, valves and sluices; and
(cc)
access roads.
(b)
Work No. 12B (in connection with Unit Y)—
(i)
decommissioning and demolition of 2 existing sludge lagoons; and
(ii)
construction of up to two new sludge lagoons comprising—
(aa)
bund walls;
(bb)
underground pipework, valves and sluices; and
(cc)
access roads.
