The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 24(3) of the Drugs Act 2005f1, hereby makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Drugs Act 2005 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2005.

Section 21 (inclusion of mushrooms containing psilocin etc. as Class A drugs) of the Drugs Act 2005 shall come into force on 18th July 2005.
