Section 46 Tolls

(1)

Subject to section 6 of the 1954 c. 64.Transport Charges &c. (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1954 (revision of charges), but notwithstanding anything in section 1 of the 1861 c. 70.Locomotive Act 1861 the tolls recoverable from users of Dunham Bridge under the Act of 1830 shall be those specified in Schedule 2 to this Act.

(2)

In section 69 (Tolls to be taken) of the Act of 1830—

(a)

for the words “Horses, Beasts, Cattle, Carriages, or Foot Passengers” there shall be substituted the word “vehicle”; and

(b)

after the words “not exceeding the” there shall be inserted the words “tolls recoverable in accordance with section 46 (Tolls) of the Dunham Bridge (Amendment) Act 1994”.
