Section 47 Modification of Transport Charges &c. (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1954

In its application to the undertaking section 6 (3) of the 1954 c. 64.Transport Charges &c. (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1954 (revision of charges) shall have effect as if for the reference to the paid up share capital of the undertaking there were substituted a reference to any amounts invested in the undertaking by the Dunham Bridge Company and any successor company.
