Section 118 Application to Isles of Scilly.
England and Wales
The Minister shall by order provide for the application of this Act to the Isles of Scilly as if those isles were F1a separate non-metropolitan county, and any such order may provide for the application of this Act to those isles subject to such modifications as may be specified in the order.
