Paragraph 15
England and Wales
Paragraphs 6 to 8 of Schedule 10 to the M1Education Reform Act 1988 (construction of agreements) shall apply in relation to transfers effected by section 238 of this Act or this Schedule as they apply to transfers to which that Schedule applies.
