Paragraph 15

England and Wales

(1)

A representative of the Secretary of State shall be entitled to attend and take part in any deliberations (but not in decisions) at meetings of the Authority or of any committee of the Authority.

(2)

The Authority shall provide the Secretary of State with such copies of any documents distributed to members of the Authority or of any such committee as he may require.
