(1)

The Education Reform Act 1988 is amended as follows.

In section 11(13), for “the Curriculum Council for Wales” there is substituted “ the Curriculum and Assessment Authority for Wales ”.

(3)

In section 14, for “Council”, in each place where it occurs, there is substituted “ Authority ”.

(4)

In section 16(6), for “the Curriculum Council for Wales” there is substituted “ the Curriculum and Assessment Authority for Wales ”.

(5)

Section 21 is amended as follows—

(a)

in subsection (2), for “the Curriculum Council for Wales” there is substituted “ the Curriculum and Assessment Authority for Wales ”; and

(b)

for “the Council”, in each place where it occurs, there is substituted “ the Authority ”.

In Schedule 2, for “Council”, in each place where it occurs, there is substituted “ Authority ”.
