(a)

for “and (5)” there is substituted “ (5) and (5A) ”, and

(b)

in paragraph (d) for the words from “majority”, in the second place in which it occurs, to the end there is substituted “ expiry of the school year in which the majority of pupils in his class cease to be of compulsory school age ”.
