In section 25 of that Act (general duty in public sector of education)—

(a)

in subsections (2) and (4) for “and 23” there is substituted “ 23, 23A and 23C ”, and

(b)

after subsection (6)(d) there is added—

“(e)
the Funding Agency for Schools and the Schools Funding Council for Wales.”.
