In section 5 of the Disabled Persons (Services, Consultation and Representation) Act 1986 (disabled persons leaving special education)—

(a)

in subsection (1)(a) after “1981” there is inserted “ or 168 of the Education Act 1993 ”,

(b)

in subsection (8)—

(i)

for “4 of Schedule 1 to the Education Act 1981” there is substituted “ 7 of Schedule 10 to the Education Act 1993 ”, and

(ii)

for “made under section 7” there is substituted “ maintained under section 168 ”, and

(c)

in subsection (9) for “the Education Act 1981” there is substituted “ Part III of the Education Act 1993 ”.
